Cover Supervisor

Term time + 1 week
Starting November 2017

Jane Austen College is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and responsible cover supervisor to deliver high-quality cover lessons. The role may also involve the co-ordination of cover arrangements and supporting whole class independent study sessions.

We believe that all students should be able to achieve the best outcomes, regardless of their backgrounds and that this happens through high standards of teaching and provision. The successful candidate will share this view and understand the importance of this.

The successful candidate will be required to support our values and expectations in terms of student conduct in lessons.

Jane Austen College is an 11-19 secondary school in the heart of Norwich. We currently have Years 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13 within the school and look forward to welcoming a new year group next September. Growing gradually is allowing us to create an exceptional school, with the highest of standards. We are an English specialist school, with an additional post-16 specialism in humanities and the arts. We are also partnered with Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form – the region’s first maths and science specialist sixth form.
