The Trust is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our successful team at our Bluecoat Wollaton Academy. As a valued member of the Cover Supervisor Team, you will work under the direction of the Deputy Director of Learning for SEN & Learning Support to provide cover predominantly for absent teaching staff. The role includes overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work and managing student’s classroom behaviour.
You will be self-motivated, confident and be able to work using their own initiative, to get the very best out of the students at the Trust when working in the classroom.

We dedicate significant time to this for staff every Thursday through an earlier closing to students so that staff can work in subject teams or within their own wider development that is personal to them, for national qualifications for instance.
