Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of a Cover Supervisor at The Oxford Academy.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable person to cover short term absence of teaching staff, taking sole charge of a group of students. Students will learn by carrying out work prepared by the classroom teacher as directed by the Cover Supervisor.  The primary focus will be to maintain good order and keep students on task.

Candidates should be organised, self-motivated and confident as well as being an extremely good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and good IT skills.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small cohesive team and will add value to staff and students of The Oxford Academy.
