We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, motivated and flexible graduates for the above position.
The position involves covering lessons for absent staff and is an excellent way to gain classroom experience if you are considering becoming a teacher in the future. The role will involve managing student behaviour, dealing with issues according to school policies and procedures, keeping and updating records as agreed with class teachers and supervision of students on school trips.
This role can lead to qualified teacher status if candidates wish to progress via this route. There is no preference for degree subject unless you wish to progress onto teacher training with us, in which case you will need a degree in a subject which is taught at secondary school.
