This is an exciting opportunity to join St Aldhelm’s Academy within Ambitions Academies Trust. Dynamic, forward thinking and absolutely committed to changing the lives of all young people, we are seeking a new colleague who will share our inclusive and positive ethos.

We are looking for Cover Supervisors to act as a member of the on-call team supporting quick, calm transitions, walking the site and responding to on-call requests. You will also be expected to cover lessons for teaching staff in their absence.

Teachers at St Aldhelm’s Academy are expected to be excellent classroom practitioners with strong subject knowledge and a high level of emotional intelligence. Contribute to extra-curricular provision offered by the department.

Develop the use of technology to enhance the learning opportunities for pupils.

This role will provide excellent preparation for future Curriculum or Pastoral leadership.
