We currently have an unprecedented demand for Cover Supervisors to work within our pool of Secondary Schools in Leicestershire. We are looking for individuals with a strong character and confidence in delivering sessions. The ideal candidate will have at least 20 days of experience which can be referenced, and will be able to quickly build a strong rapport with students and staff.
What is a Cover Supervisor:
*They help with the day to day running of Secondary Schools
*They deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
*They Manage the behaviour of the students, ensuring their safety
The role of a Cover Supervisor is diverse and can be an excellent stepping stone into a career as a teacher. ABC Teachers has an excellent reputation for helping Cover Supervisors gain the experience they need to then train as a teacher.
