Permanent/36 hours per week

We are looking for a dynamic curriculum and quality manager, who will lead on improving the standard of teaching and learning in Health and Social Care.  You will be an experienced teacher with a desire to continually improve your own skills and to develop those of your team in order to progress both personally and professionally.

As part of the leadership team (graded outstanding by Ofsted 2014) you will be responsible for: 

• Development and implementation of an innovative Health and Social Care curriculum

• Leadership and development of the Health and Social Care team

• Co-ordination of the pastoral programme (tutorials, careers advice etc.) 

• In addition you will keep up to date with strategic developments in the Health and Social Care curriculum area, seeking out and sharing best practice.
