The Pendleton School of Performing and Production Arts is looking for a highly inspirational and dynamic Creative Director \ Season Producer to continue to build on the outstanding success and national reputation of the Pendleton Performing Arts Season of Shows.

The successful candidate will programme, co-ordinate and manage the season in collaboration with the Curriculum Manager for Performing Arts. They will demonstrate an ability to nurture and inspire students and staff towards outstanding, industry standard performance in all disciplines.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing and managing a Season of Shows. Experience of working as a Theatre Company Manager/ Director is desirable.

They will also work to further enhance the regional and national profile of the Performing Arts Department, engaging with students, staff and parents at the college and further strengthen links with feeder schools, university and drama schools, the local community and the Arts Industry in the region.
