The Governors are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and highly motivated Creative Industries Technician to work across the Creative Industries department.
The successful candidate must be an experienced multi-skilled technician within metal, woodwork, textiles, food & photography. You should be confident in supporting our staff and students with their Creative Industries lesson preparations and you should be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
For the right candidate, this is a rewarding and exciting opportunity that will be provide challenge and variety, whilst supporting our students to achieve positive learning outcomes.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects staff and volunteers to share this commitment. You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure and a range of other recruitment checks.

Prenton High School for Girls can be found in the town of Birkenhead, Merseyside. A smaller-than-average school of around 790 pupils aged 11-16, the school converted to an academy in 2011, but is not part of any multi-academy trust. Prenton High School has a diverse catchment area, a fact reflected in its student intake.
