Cross Campus Director of Chaplaincy

Annual leave: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays 

Working pattern: 40 hours per week for 37 weeks of year; this is a residential post and weekend and evening work is a regular and significant part of the role

We are looking for a Cross Campus Director of Chaplaincy who is an articulate speaker with presence and the ability to present, credibly and enthusiastically, the challenges of the Gospel. They will be confident in leading large and small, formal and informal groups of pupils and adults. Having a good sense of the Church’s liturgy, they will be able to recruit and enthuse large numbers of students to take part in school worship. The role will provide pastoral care for all students and staff and ensure that the chaplaincy succeeds in its aims as set out in ‘A Model for School Chaplaincy’ derived from ‘Characteristics of a Jesuit Education’.
