Culinary Science & Nutrition Lecturer

This is a part time role, permanent 14 hours per week. 

About the role:

The post holder will be responsible for providing effective teaching and tutoring to students studying programmes at levels 4, 5 & 6, specifically in the field of Sensory/Culinary Science, Nutrition and Dietetics. The post holder will be expected to create new resources, and will be responsible for the delivery of undergraduate Modules including the Introduction to Culinary Science, Practical Scientific Techniques, Nutrition and Food Science, Cellular Biology, and Human Physiology. 

About you:

The post holder is expected to have a relevant degree/Master’s degree in Nutrition or another relevant subject, experience of teaching HE in FE, a recognised teaching qualification, and be registered or undergoing the registration process of becoming a certified nutritionist/dietician.
