POST TITLE: Curriculum Administrator 

POST REFERENCE: CUR-ADMIN 

SALARY: £6,176 per annum, inclusive of Outer London Weighting 


HOURS: 12 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum- term time only

LOCATION: The post holder will be based at Southgate but may work at other sites or remotely to meet business needs. 

CLOSING DATE: Monday 3rd October 2022 

INTERVIEW DATE: Tuesday 11th October 2022

This is a role supporting people in our communities to engage in education to learn English. The project will engage local community groups. 

The Administrator role will be to support the Project Coordinator in communicating with tutors to gather and enter data for the regular returns. 

PURPOSE OF POST:     

  • To assist with ACL admissions and recruitment  
  • To assist the Senior Curriculum Administrator in providing administrative and clerical support to meet the needs of the learners,Curriculum Manager and the teaching team.  
  • To support the Directorate in meeting its data record accountabilities by providing specific data entry support throughout the week onto the student record system or other authorized computer systems.
