Job overview

The key focus of the job is to lead on improving teaching and learning in the ESOL provision, including adult as well as 16-18 year old learners, and to maintain high standards of the ESOL provision to maximise student success and progression. You will lead on:

  • Curriculum innovation and development across ESOL
  • Developing and implementing strategies/targeted interventions to improve attendance and behavior.
  • The growth and development of 14-16 year old ESOL provision.
