Yeovil College are looking for an inspirational manager to lead our Kingston Sixth Form. This is a critical and exciting opportunity which will need to build on the current success of three years with 100% pass rate. We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding learner experience supported by innovate teaching, learning and assessment. Therefore the successful applicant will have passion and determination to ensure all of our learners achieve their full potential and progress successfully.
If you are an ambitions curriculum manager with an excellent knowledge of A Levels, we want to hear from you as we will offer a substantial CPD package for the right person. The Kingston Sixth Form consists of A Levels, Access, BTEC Science L2 & L3 with approximately 300 learners and 14 staff.
The Curriculum Area Manager will have total empowerment for delivery and achieving targets in relation to the recruitment of students, future growth and the retention and success of those students within their area. You will also provide leadership in developing innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment and lead by example in a way which demonstrates the high standards expected of colleagues and will be a member of the College Management Team.
