We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher to the post of Curriculum Leader for English. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop the work of our English department. We are seeking a creative, rigorous leader with a passion for the subject and a real commitment to delivering high standards for students and professional development for staff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving excellent results along with the ability to motivate and inspire teachers and students alike.
Trinity is a successful and friendly 11-18 mixed comprehensive school of 1700 students; this includes a Sixth Form of just over 300. We offer excellent induction, support and professional development.

About Trinity School
Trinity School is a mixed, non-selective Church of England secondary school with sixth form, situated in Carlisle, Cumbria. There are over 1,700 students at the school between the ages of 11-18.
Trinity School converted to academy status in 2011. It opened in 1968, the result of the amalgamation of Carlisle Grammar School, the Margaret Sewell School for Girls and the Creighton School for Boys.
