Are you an innovative, dynamic and forward thinking teacher?  The Governors of this highly regarded and very successful Catholic school are seeking to recruit an outstanding teacher who is aspiring to gain experience of the role of a Curriculum Leader of Social Sciences and who will:

• be or have the potential to be an outstanding leader

• lead developments in the Social Sciences department

• have experience of raising attainment either across a classroom or department

• have the ability to develop strategies and resources in Social Science

• lead QA across the department

• want to make a difference to the lives of our young people

There is high quality Middle CPD programmes available for the appointed candidate, the successful applicant will also have the opportunity to access courses through the Academy’s teaching school.

All Saints’ Catholic Academy is a mixed, non-selective Roman Catholic secondary school with sixth form situated in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The school has approximately 1,500 students between the ages of 11-18. All Saints’ Catholic Academy is part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi Academy Trust.

Formerly All Saints RC Comprehensive School, All Saints’ Catholic Academy opened in 1974 and converted to academy status in 2014.
