Curriculum Leader of Mathematics

Louth Academy is a co-educational comprehensive serving Louth and the surrounding area with approximately 850 students across two sites.  Recently judged Good by Ofsted (February 2022), our ethos focuses on delivering a first class education while raising aspirations and outcomes of all learners.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Curriculum Leader who will be responsible for the management of the Mathematics department while driving the importance of numeracy in the Academy . The successful candidate will be an exceptional practitioner committed to teaching across the 11-16 range, with a strong track record of successful outcomes at GCSE. Possessing passion and enthusiasm for the subject, the individual we appoint will be capable of promoting excellent teaching and learning in order to secure outstanding outcomes, and will work well with staff and students to inspire a love of Maths.
