The role and what we are looking for
Maths is a popular subject throughout our year groups, and therefore we are looking for a Curriculum Leader to grow and develop the department, with plenty of opportunity to make your mark. We need someone who will set high expectations for teaching and learning, inspire students to love learning, and challenge our young people.
The successful candidate would be required to be fully on-board with the academy’s Ethos and vision and ready to take on ownership of maintaining great practice and innovating minds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established teacher looking to grow their career in a CPD rich environment.
You must be willing to model and support the Oasis ethos.
This role is essential in the development of the Academy as it grows in size, year on year, to eventually house 1500 students.
