Job overview

Due to our increasing popularity and expanding roll, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, effective, innovative and highly motivated Curriculum Leader of Performing Arts / Drama to join our growing team of staff from January 2018.  

We are an Academy with Outstanding Leadership and Management at all levels across the school. (Ofsted 2010 & Ofsted 2013 – overall effectiveness “Outstanding”)  

The successful candidate must have: 

  • The ability to teach Performing Arts / Drama up to at least KS4 and ideally to A Level
  • The ability to lead and monitor effective practice
  • The motivation and capacity to work collaboratively as part of a small dynamic team 
  • A commitment to achieving high standards of teaching and learning and excellent results
  • A passion for the subject and the ability to inspire our students.
