Curriculum Manager - A Level Studies and Creative Industries

£37,188-£41,629 per annum

This position will equally suit an existing manager who is looking to broaden their experience within an Outstanding College as well as someone looking for their first curriculum management position. Passionate about the student experience, absolutely committed to ensuring our students make exceptional progress and with strong interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will be rewarded by working in a fantastic College in a beautiful part of the country.

You will be provided with exceptional support, guidance and training, learning from an experienced management team and working with highly motivated students and committed teachers. You will be responsible for leading a team of teachers across vocational and A level programmes, and will be supported by a course coordinator. Reporting into the Assistant Principal A levels and Creative, you will be a key member of the College management team and play an essential role in leading and managing outstanding teaching and learning. You will be highly motivated to lead the curriculum team towards even greater success and have sound business acumen as well as the ability to analyse, react to and execute plans in response to the implicit messages in data.

Strode College is a further education establishment for students aged 16 to 19, providing vocational qualifications, A-levels, and the new T-levels as well as providing degree-level qualifications.  We are based in the town of Street, in Somerset and were labelled “outstanding” in the latest Ofsted report.
