The Role

We are looking to recruit a “Curriculum Manager – Childcare”, who will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of the Childcare and Support Teaching in Schools curriculum, including relevant Skills for Life provision as well as developing our apprenticeship offer.   You will ensure the curriculum is vibrant and innovative, optimising student recruitment and retention by driving the quality of performance and improving outcomes for learners. You will continuously build, review and maintain relationships with employers.

The Person

An effective leader, you will have a successful track record in the direct delivery and operational overview of the curriculum. Demonstrating an excellent working knowledge of all areas, you will possess the ability to competently develop an outstanding curriculum to meet the needs of the learners and wider community.

It is essential you have previous experience of developing and maintaining external partnerships, quality assurance, establishing new leads and investigating opportunities currently underutilised.

You will be able to lead, motivate and develop your staff fuelling them with a passion and determination to drive the department to outstanding and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
