Hours: Full time, 36.25 hours per week

Linkage College is offering an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of the curriculum across our education provision in Greater Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will ensure the learning experience of our students includes outstanding success rates and high added-value measurements, and also outstanding independence and employability outcomes. Working with College Leadership colleagues, they will share responsibility for the organisation, management and development of the College, and support the Principal by providing the inspirational curriculum leadership and direction necessary for ensuring that the College delivers its mission and vision.

To be a success in this role, you will be a qualified teacher, have experience of Safeguarding processes, a record of outstanding leadership in senior curriculum management (preferably within an SEN organisation), a record of improving quality in teaching standards and a proven ability in leading and motivating staff in an environment of continuous improvement.
