Salary: £35,640 - £38,199 per annum

Working Hours: Full time (37 hours per week) – permanent

Bridgwater & Taunton College have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Curriculum Manager in Music and Media Arts to come and join their Creative Arts department. 

In this role you will be expected to manage and develop curriculum delivery teams and learning resources and utilise quality processes effectively to ensure learners maximise their potential and make positive progress towards timely success. 

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional/vocational qualification, or a degree, as well as a teaching/assessing qualification. You will also have a clear understanding of the needs of learners and how these may be met. 

Most importantly however, you will have a strong desire to see learners succeed as well as a passion for working collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
