We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and creative Manager for the curriculum areas of Digital Technologies (Programming, Networking & Games), Media and Music. 

Chesterfield College is seeking to appoint someone who is passionate about the STEM & creative sector and committed to drive up standards and ensure an excellent student experience. Joining us as a Curriculum Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to apply your own initiative to ensure the continuous improvement, development and growth of this area in line with the College’s strategic plan.

The successful applicant will be a widely experienced curriculum manager and have a proven track record of raising the overall standards of teaching, learning and assessment in their area of expertise.  They will be expected to develop and effectively manage an innovative full and part time curriculum including FE and HE and bespoke courses for business and the community.

The successful applicant will be accountable for quality improvement in the curriculum area, setting and monitoring targets and managing teaching and support staff effectively.  They will also have a relevant degree and/or professional qualification and a formal teaching qualification.
