Curriculum Quality Officer

35 hours per week, Permanent 

Salary AoC Scale Points 26 to 29 - £26,937 – £29,438

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly competent person to maintain and administer systems and processes for ensuring continuous quality improvement in teaching, learning and assessment across the college.

Responsibilities include ensuring effective systems and processes are in place to monitor and report on quality improvement activities such as observations of teaching and learning, having a key role in performance review of departments, and ensuring key quality documents such as policies and processes are accurate, up to date and accessible to staff.  The candidate will support the preparation of curriculum and cross college self–assessment reports and work closely with the exams officer, ensuring that all examination processes are carried out effectively and in line with awarding body requirements.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in an administration role and good analytical skills, including writing short reports, experience of using management information systems and/or databases to monitor, track and report on data and experience of designing and implementing improved systems/processes for capturing and tracking information.
