The ideal candidate's approach to work will need to be highly organised and flexible to cope with the secretarial demands involved with a various set of courses within the Business, Secretarial and Law programme area.

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven administration, secretarial skills and experience are essential, and a knowledge of Microsoft applications. You will be required to work using your own initiative, setting priorities within a confidential environment. You may be asked to help other departments as and when required.
