An exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Team Leader to join our Access team at Barking & Dagenham College. The Access curriculum area currently caters for 200 students, focusing on career pathways such as Nursing, Midwifery, Law, Science and Social Work. The curriculum area has historically had high achievement rates, positive destinations for our students with 92% going onto Higher Education, working with a dynamic, passionate team, placing Adult learners at the centre of their roles. Our values of passion, enterprise and innovation drive our organisational behaviours and business, the college is looking for a passionate individual to lead, drive and develop the Access to HE Curriculum area.
You will be: A motivated self-starter; curious and inquisitive by nature and with a passion for learning. You’ll have experience and knowledge of the Access provision, and have driven change to deliver positive results. You’ll also have experience in leading a team, and be able to develop relationships with a range of stakeholders, most importantly our students and Higher Education institutes.
You’ll be joining a small but supportive team with an excellent track record of success, and will be given the room to grow and develop the provision in line with the College’s growth targets.
