Customer Engagement Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the business develop team within a well established further education and apprenticeship provider.

The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for both internal and external communication with our customers and will provide essential customer engagement and administration support to the business development team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual to provide effective communication, information and administration support.  Working within the business development team and alongside the curriculum and delivery teams, you will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with employers and stakeholders.

The role will involve working from both our Chesterfield and Derby offices and there will be a requirement for travel between these, and there will be requirements to support events so a full UK driving license is essential for the role.
