Location: Covent Garden, London.

Salary: Competitive.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday. Part-time working considered for exceptional candidate. Some overtime may be required during busy periods.

Working within the Marketing and Sales supporting the organisations growth plans reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement and Ecommerce. The main focus of the role is to partner with the Head of Customer Engagement and Ecommerce, implement and execute their part of the wider marketing and sales strategy. This role focuses on the value and retention levels of our existing customer base and focuses on tactics and skills across marketing, sales operations, web development, ecommerce and project management.

What we are looking for:

- Significant experience within a similar role ideally within an ecommerce environment

- Hands on experience using Drupal CMS, Magento and Dotmailer or similar

- Proficient user of MS Office, e-mail and social media.

- CIM, DMA or similar marketing qualifications a plus.
