Hours:  30 hours per week (9am – 3pm Monday – Friday)

Contract: 18 months

Nightingale Community Academy is a special school in Wandsworth for 120 boys aged 5 to 19 with social emotional and mental health needs.

Primary pupils benefit from a purpose-built classroom hub and outdoor adventure playground and access to weekly music lessons and a comprehensive therapy service. Secondary and post-16 students are offered a broad curriculum including vocational courses such as motor vehicle studies, construction, horticulture and hospitality. All pupils benefit from regular animal therapy at Tom’s Farm, which is located on the spacious school site.

This role is for the duration of 18 months whilst working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.

As a Customer Service/Admin Assistant Apprentice you will be providing general office administration and reception duties across the Academy. You will receive training and support to achieve your intermediate level apprenticeship in customer service.

You must have A*-E GCSE grades or functional/key skills at Level 1 or above in English and maths.
