Customer Services Assistant

Eden Girls' Leadership Academy, Manchester is a new, non-selective, all-ability secondary free school for girls aged 11–18. The school, based in Cheetham Hill, opened in September 2017 with 120 Year 7 pupils.

We are looking to appoint a Customer Services Operator at this exciting time in the school’s life.

 You will: 

• be able to work on a rota, Monday to Thursday from 07:15 - 12:15 and Friday 07:15 - 11:15 
• have experience of working effectively in an administration setting
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• be able to use a range of administrative packages effectively and efficiently.
• be an enthusiastic, well-motivated individual
• have the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team

 Star Academies also opened Eden Boys' Leadership Academy, Manchester in September 2017 and is co-located on the same site.  Successful candidates will be expected to work across both schools for the first year of their employment.
