We are growing our new Therapeutic provision that is going to change lives. We are seeking an exceptional person to be part of developing and delivering outstanding learning environments and curriculums in a truly therapeutic setting.
The Castle @ Theale is a new provision for students aged 11-19 with SEMH needs and ASD run by The Castle School. As we develop our exceptional curriculum pathways, our team is growing. Do you want to be part of shaping its future?
We are looking to recruit an exceptional educator to work within the school team to develop and deliver excellent learning environments and an exciting curriculum in a truly therapeutic environment.
We are looking for someone with a passion for DT / Horticulture who knows the therapeutic value that these bring to our students. This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for someone with an understanding of person centred learning and therapeutic approaches.
This specialist position could be filled by a qualified teacher or alternatively by someone who has the knowledge, vision and creativity to develop the role into great things.

In this role you will:
- Plan and deliver person centred learning for students with a variety of individual needs;
- Monitor and review student progress and social and emotional development as part of a wider school team;
- Be part of a positive and inclusive wider school community;
- Work with a wider multi-professional team to develop therapeutic learning environments focused on positive wellbeing for both students and colleagues.
