South Wiltshire UTC is a specialist STEM school for 14-19 year olds situated in the vibrant Wiltshire City of Salisbury The UTC is now in its 3rd year with an Engineering / Design Technology Faculty that is at the heart of our curriculum and is growing rapidly. We offer a wide range of courses including, BTEC Level 2 Engineering and Electronics. GCSE and A Level Product Design, BTEC Level 3 Engineering and A Level Electronics. We have very strong links with a range of local and national employers who are a great support to the faculty and help put the students experience into an industrial context. We are looking for a talented Electronics teacher to join our committed team.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 15th June 2018 with interview held on the 19th.

South Wiltshire University Technical College (UTC) is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Wiltshire serving students from the age of 14-19. The secondary school, situated in Sailsbury has a capacity of 600 students. It is in partnership with organisations including the University of Southampton, Wiltshire Council, Wiltshire College, Royal Navy and Public Health England.
South Wiltshire University Technical College opened in 2015 and specialises in Science, Engineering and Computing. A UTC is a new type of practical learning environment where pupils learn practical skills alongside the traditional curriculum to develop their employability skills for the future. Each student is allocated their own laptop or tablet to access, along with £1 million specialist Science, Engineering and Computing equipment.
