About the role

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks associated with covering teacher absence in the classroom, as directed by the Deputy Principal.  

You will work as part of a collaborative team providing support to the Assistant Principals.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • at least two years administration experience
  • sound Microsoft Office skills
  • display proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multi-task

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and

Estimated start date: 
Commencing January 2023

Position tenure:  Continuing

Weeks worked:  School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 5 days/week (38 hours/week) 6:30 am – 2:30 pm daily

Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 5 - $35.74 per hour
