Job overview

This a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Data and Exams Officer who is looking for a new challenge to join an exciting new Secondary School. Eden Park High School is one of eight schools within the Academy Trust E21C. The school benefits from a stunning new building in Beckenham and marries together the key principles of traditional values and preparing our students for their future.

The successful candidate will support the school’s leadership team in all aspects of managing information systems and data including assisting with the reporting, recording and analysis of data. Strong IT & data skills are necessary, including experience on SIMS / Course Manager. In this post, you may be working independently so must be able to work on your own initiative. You will be responsible for arranging all examinations from Mocks to GCSEs. Although we can provide basic training, we would like to appoint someone who is familiar with the examination process and can hit the ground running with minimal support.

Brief description of the roles responsibilities:

* To co-ordinate examinations, including entries, results, timetables etc. both internal and external.

* To provide accurate support in connection with all examinations and key stage data entries. Data collection, collation and analysis and regular reporting.

* To be able to analyse and provide for specific groups for individual subjects, year groups, classes, students and teachers, following the Academy's schedule.

* To ensure that data is regularly extracted, manipulated and analysed in order for middle and senior leaders to provide relevant and appropriate support, intervention and enrichment to students at all key stages.

Please complete our application for and send this with a covering letter to Miss M Dean, Business Manager at mdean@eph.e21c.co.uk. Applications and covering letters should be addressed to Mrs E Codling (Headteacher) and should be submitted by Monday 24 May 2021*.
