We are looking for a Data and MIS Analyst to join our small but highly effective team at the Harris Federation head office, assisting in the development and support of our MIS system and all data analysis across the Federation.
You will work closely with our Primary academies to ensure the MIS solution fulfils all of their requirements and is adaptable to meet the ever changing demands of our senior leaders. You will also develop reports for the both primary and secondary academies where required, utilising the Bromcom report builder, MS Excel and PowerBI, design and deliver training and offer technical support, and champion best practice to ensure consistency and efficiencies.
What we are looking for:
- Sound knowledge of key data requirements and analysis in primary education;
- Excellent MS Excel skills, with a good knowledge of MS Office and related packages;
- Confidence when delivering training and dealing wiht stakeholders at all levels;
- The ability to find creative and innovative solutions towards more efficient and effective working practices.
