Main Areas of Responsibility

The purpose of the Data Manager is to drive a data culture forward within the Academy and co-ordinate and administer the efficient running of the Academy’s academic information management systems (Bromcom, Power BI and any additional or linked systems as per the Academy’s development) in order to support our mission. Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently are required.

  • To be responsible for organising the Academy Census, including running and sending reports.
  • To be responsible for all the data requirements within the Academy, including the tracking and reporting Of students’ progress and attainment, and therefore producing reports of this information with analysis.
  • Under the direction of the Assistant Principal, such other tasks that may be required to further the efficient running of the department and Harris Academy Tottenham, commensurate with the level of the post holder.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at C or above (or equivalent)
  • 3 x Level 3 qualifications including one in an appropriate field to the post
  • Previous Data Manager experience.
  • Experience of a busy office setting where you have ultimate responsibility for important deadlines and arrangements
  • Experience in an educational setting
  • Experience of working in a multi-racial setting with a diversity of faiths (Desirable)

About Harris Academy Tottenham

Harris Academy Tottenham opened in September 2014. As an all-through school, it began with a Reception in its Primary phase and a Year 7 in its Secondary phase. These phases are growing by a year group each September until it reaches full capacity and it will also have a Sixth Form.

Our Academy is based on an ethos of excellence, encouraging students to fulfil our high expectations through a dedicated and committed approach. We combine the hallmarks of a traditional Secondary education with a progressive curriculum in our brand new facilities.
