From 1 August 2017, Central Sussex College will change its name to Crawley College. It will also merge with Chichester College as part of a group structure.  

Variable hours  

The Information & Funding Team are looking to appoint a number of Data Assistants on bank contracts.  Applicants must be available to work full time Monday to Friday and occasional evenings from Tuesday 29th August 2017 to Friday 29th September 2017.  

The role will be active with a strong customer focus and involve providing assistance to the Information and Funding Team during main enrolment.  Duties will include, but will not be limited to, enrolment form checking, front of house duties, dealing with telephone enquiries, processing achievement data and filing.  

There are no guaranteed minimum hours of work for this post. Please refer to the terms and conditions page within the job description for further details.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size. 

Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
