36 hours per week, 34 weeks per annum (term time plus specified days)
Commencing from late August 2021, we require a responsible and committed Matron to work closely with the Day Housemistress/masters in ensuring the general well-being and supervision of pupils and smooth running of the paired Houses. Applicants will be friendly and able to work using their own initiative. Duties include pastoral care of pupils and administration under the direction of the Housemistress/masters as well as supervising the cleaning of the Houses. Applicants should be enthusiastic and approachable with a good knowledge of school life. Previous experience of working with children, strong communication and organisational skills and good IT skills are essential. The successful applicant will be expected to attend the School Inset Days at the end of August.
