Our client is seeking to appoint a dynamic, relational and collaborative Dean of Administration and Staff capable of implementing the College's vision. This role is suitable for middle managers aspiring to senior leadership and experienced school leaders.

• Be eligible to work in Australia
• Exemplary teaching skills
• Experience in a middle or senior management role in a school
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and parents
• Experience working in a Boarding House 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Hold the relevant teaching qualifications
• Hold QCT Registration
• Able to provide three recent referees
