LINE MANAGER: Assistant Principal

The post holder will be the Department Manager for the Arts & Science/Creative Industries Department of the College. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and possess a teaching qualification. You will also work to develop and deliver an aspirational curriculum, which will be recognised as leading in the field. You will have a proven track record for effective financial and resource management. Quality improvement is key to this role. You will be required to develop both internal and external partnerships to identify and meet employer needs. The post holder will be operational and will be required to teach 504 hours per annum.
