Thomas Tallis is a flourishing and popular school situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We currently have 1930 pupils on the school roll with over 550 students in our highly competitive sixth form. We strive for excellence in all that we do underpinned by our vision of education to understand the world and change it for the better.
We are redeveloping the maths department under dynamic new leadership. We wish to appoint a first class teacher in charge of KS3 maths who will inspire our young people and lead their progress at Key Stage 3. This post would be suitable for an experienced teacher who will set high standards of teaching and learning and support and develop all teachers across the department. While this is a KS3 post, we like all of our teachers to be able and willing to teach to A level.

• is passionate about maths with the ability to inspire students
• can demonstrate excellent teaching and classroom management skills
• has the ability to build good relationships with all students and adults
• has a commitment to developing mastery-based maths for all young people
