Astrea Academy Trust is in an exciting period of growth and development. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to drive cross phase school improvement across our growing hub of secondary and primary academies in the Cambridgeshire region and join us on our journey. With already two academies in Cambridge, the Trust is looking to grow this Hub considerably from September 2018 and you will play an integral role in this.
 
Working to our Executive Director of Education, you will help define and deliver a vision for cross phase provision within the Cambridgeshire Hub which supports individual academy leaders to deliver outstanding educational provision across academies. You will bring significant leadership experience with demonstrable impact in either a primary, secondary, or cross phase senior leadership role. You will be capable of working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and key stakeholders including the Department for Education, local authorities and Ofsted.

Across the Cambridgeshire region, you will define and develop school improvement support for leaders of secondary and primary academies; focus on and report on the progress of school improvement activities to the Executive Director of Education and Trustees; develop and build capacity to contribute to the growth and effectiveness of Astrea.
