We require an experienced, energetic and well qualified teacher to join our Learning Support department. The successful applicant needs to be able to deputise for the Director of Learning Support, have a track record of success with challenging students, and the ability to lead other professionals across the curriculum in meeting the needs of our students. This expertise may have been gained solely through mainstream teaching.
This is a new role, pivotal to the school’s ethos of inclusion encapsulated in our Wildly Important Goals and Beliefs. The successful candidate, under the direction of the Director of Learning Support, will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of a new alternative curriculum, for the small number of our students who have high needs and require support to access the curriculum.
