Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to join our Federation

curriculum advice and consultancy for our Teaching School, Atlas.

This is a pivotal moment in Atlas’ development as it matures into a separate

entity within the Federation and as a result of a successful SSIF bid

is poised to deliver a comprehensive programme of school improvement

across all the London Borough of Lewisham’s secondary schools. We are

looking for inspirational candidate who will work closely alongside the

Director as a founding team member to realise our bold vision for school to

school support improvement across the South East region.

You will have the drive and ambition to achieve high expectations and

standards, making a real impact on the progress and lives of pupils and

staff across multiple schools. You will be an expert in your subject, with a

track record of raising attainment and the credibility of being an outstanding

practitioner. A strategic and innovative thinker with entrepreneurial flair

you can mobilise and engage others for transformational change. With a

deep commitment to improving the life chances of young people you will

be a proud ambassador for the Federation and Atlas Teaching School.
