A candidate of exceptional talent, vision and energy is sought to take up a new senior role within our management team. This key position will lead on our diversity agenda and will have responsibility for:

· Staff welfare and training, including initial teacher training, NQT induction and inset

· Promoting positive cultures around diversity including line managing our pioneering Dads4Daughters initiative

· Enhancing our bursary programme.

Applicants will have some prior management experience either as a Deputy Head or Head of Year and will have a clear vision for what they can contribute to the role.
