About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational leader to work as a Deputy Headteacher as part of our forward thinking team making a significant positive impact of development of our exceptionally successful Federation.
The Sunflower Federation is a unique school community that strongly believes that synergy and co-operation within the wider school community brings the best outcome for all its members, staff as well as our students. The Sunflower Federation was established in 2017 and is formed of two schools namely Breakspeare and Meadow Wood Schools.
This role offers a motivating opportunity for a highly organised and multi-skilled professional who is able to be creative and think outside of the box, to contribute fully to the professional development of themselves and the wider leadership of the Sunflower Federation.
We are looking for an experienced and highly effective deputy head with the energy, enthusiasm and ambition to join a dedicated Senior Leadership Team of the Sunflower Federation.
