The Deputy Head - Learning and Teaching plays a key role in the School, the vacancy having arisen as a consequence of the previous post holder moving on to become Head of another school.
You will be an inspirational, confident and energetic leader who can direct and develop the learning and teaching in the broadest sense while also making a significant contribution to the success and development of the School as a whole.
Contributing to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be a strategic thinker and lead change while displaying a strong understanding of the values of the School. You will be expected to act as a pioneer in developing new initiatives and innovative pedagogy.
A commitment to the School’s ethos of high academic standards and expectations, innovative teaching methodologies, individual attention and high level of pastoral care is essential.
