The Head, Mrs Kate Simon, seeks to appoint a Deputy Head with responsibility for pastoral care and operations throughout the School. The appointee will play a key strategic role in the further development of both Grimsdell and the wider Foundation of four schools.
The appointee will be a dynamic and collaborative educator with the academic credentials, pastoral vision and leadership qualities to inspire the Grimsdell community. He or she will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a deep commitment to holistic education. An educational philosophy which places the happiness of the pupils and their love of learning at its core is essential.
