About Role

Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong seeks a well-qualified, caring and inspiring Deputy Head of DUCKS to assist the Head of DUCKS in the leadership and management of DUCKS, ensuring all academic and pastoral aspects of the school ensure students come first. Post-holder Qualifications, Experience

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Must be a native English-speaker to comply with Chinese visa regulations

Relevant undergraduate degree

PGCE or equivalent

Further degree or leadership qualification preferred, but not essential

At least 2 years’ leadership experience

Extensive teaching experience across the Early Years and/or KS1

Good use of interpersonal skills to challenge, enthuse and motivate others

The ability and experience to inspire and lead a large team of staff
